Thank you for shopping with Luxxe Candles. Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luxxe Candles is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
